how does myotherapy differ from massage?

Myotherapists are qualified in remedial massage and trained to treat muscular pain and dysfunction across all areas of the body. Myotherapy builds on this foundation with advanced study in anatomy, specific pathologies, and neurological conditions, offering a deeper and more targeted approach to treatment.

Claire provides care tailored to each individual's needs. Treatment is not limited to those experiencing pain; even in the absence of symptoms, sessions can support relaxation, injury prevention, immune function, improved sleep, enhanced circulation, muscle health, and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system to help reduce stress and anxiety.

Yes, Claire has completed an extra qualification in order to care for pregnant women and their unborn children safely throughout all trimesters. There is the option of a belly pillow for you to lie comfortably on your stomach.
